UP’s Additional Chief Secretary Avnish Awasthi has officially confirmed that he has been arrested. Vikas Dubey surrendered at Mahakal temple police station. At present, he has been taken to an anonymous place from Ujjain’s Freeganj Police Station. Now a team of UP police has also left for Ujjain.
