Indore: Indore, which has got the title of the cleanest city in the country, has got the title of number-1 in cleanliness this time too. Indore has also got the title of Star Rating of Garbage Free City at the function held in Delhi. Apart from this, Indore Municipal Corporation has also won the Safai Mitra Safety Challenge Award of 12 crores. This award has been started for the first time. In the cleanliness survey-2021, Indore city has got 3 awards this time. Apart from this, Safai Mitra Indirabai Adiwal was also honored.

LCD screens were installed at 10 places to see the cleanliness survey award program in Indore. Safai Mitras gathered in large numbers at the Rajbara. A large number of corporation officials were also present during this. After the announcement of the award, everyone threw fireworks and celebrated by cutting a cake. Cleanliness Survey-2021 function was organized at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi. Many officials including President Ram Nath Kovind, Union Urban Development Minister Hardeep Singh Puri were present at the ceremony. Films and songs made about the cleanliness surveys were screened in the program. Madhya Pradesh was awarded 35 awards this year.
