After launching two phones of the Google Pixel 7 series – Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro, now the company is preparing to bring Google Pixel 7a. This will be a mid-range smartphone, which will be launched by 2023. It is being said that the Pixel 7a will be offered with a better camera, and wireless charging, than the first A series phone. Let us tell you that Google’s first Pixel A series phone was the Pixel 3a, and the purpose of this phone was to make the flagship device available at an affordable price.

The Google Pixel 7a was first confirmed through a public conversation on the Android open source code, which revealed that the phone is codenamed ‘Lynx’, which will be launched in 2023.

Ceramic body will be available for the first time
Earlier this year, Weibo leaker digital chat station shared details about a Pixel device manufactured by Foxconn in China that will use the same Tensor G2 chip as the Pixel 7 series and feature a ceramic body.

According to the report of 9to5google, this device is now being called Pixel 7a. If this were true, the Pixel 7a would be the first Google phone with a ceramic body in the Pixel lineup. Meanwhile, according to Android researcher Kuba Wojciechowski, the Lynx Pixel 7a is set to include a ‘P9222’ chip for wireless charging.

Will get the 64-megapixel camera!
In terms of features, the Pixel 7a could sport a Samsung 50-megapixel sensor similar to the Pixel 6 series, apart from a 64-megapixel telephoto sensor and a 13-megapixel ultra-wide angle sensor. This will be the first time that the telephoto sensor will come in the Pixel A-series. At present, only the top-end ‘Pro’ Pixel models offer telephoto sensors first. However, let us tell you that at present, Google has not given any information about this phone.
