New Delhi: Indane, the country’s largest state-owned oil marketing company, has changed its LPG gas cylinder booking number from today. That is, customers will not be able to book gas from the old number, so know the new number before gas booking (Indane LPG cylinder new booking number) from today, otherwise, you may have trouble. Let the customers know that the new number has been sent to their registered mobile number, through which you can book the cylinder for a gas refill. Save this new number in your phone from today-
Book gas now through this number
This number issued by Indian Oil can be used by Indian consumers across the country for gas booking through IVR or SMS. Indian Oil reported that earlier for booking LPG, there were different mobile numbers for different circles of the country. Now the country’s largest petroleum company has issued the same number for all circles, which means that Inden Gas customers across the country now have to send a call or SMS to 7718955555 to book an LPG cylinder.
Book a message or call any way cylinder
Explain that if you want to book a LPG cylinder by calling, you have to call the given number from your registered mobile number. If you want to book a gas cylinder via SMS, you have to send a message from your registered mobile number.
This number is closed
According to the company, the current system of telecom circle specific phone numbers for booking of Inden LPG refills has been discontinued on 31st October 2020 and the normal booking number for LPG refills i.e. 7718955555 has been issued from 1st November 2020.
There are two ways to check LPG subsidy
Now you can easily check whether the money for booking LPG gas cylinder has reached your account. You can check the gas subsidy in two ways-
First you can check through your registered mobile number.
Second you can check your gas subsidy through LPG ID.
Check the subsidy like this:
- Check whether gas subsidy has come in the account or not, first go to Mylpg.in website.
- The home page of the website will have a tab (with picture) of three LPG cylinder companies.
- You have to select your company (whose cylinder you take).
- Click on its inden gas cylinder.
- A new interface will open to check whether the subsidy came or not.
- Go to the bar menu and click on ‘Give your feedback online’.
- Enter your mobile number, LPG consumer ID, state name, distributor information.
- Then click on ‘Feedback Type’.
- Select the ‘Complaint’ option and click the ‘Next’ button.
- Your bank details will appear in the new interface.
- Details will tell whether the amount of subsidy has come in the account or not.
