Now, those who have not yet put it on their trains or whose tags are no longer working may have to pay a heavy fine. It is being told that now as a penalty, the customers may have to pay double the toll charged according to the category of their vehicle. On the other hand, there will no longer be any need for fasted vehicles to stop at the toll plaza. According to a toll plaza employee from Indore, now the owners of the vehicles are being charged double the money without the Festag.

For FASTag, the National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) has created more than 40,000 centers across the country, from where you can buy FASTag by showing the necessary documents of this vehicle. Not only this, when you pass through the toll plaza, there are also booths for fastag on its side. Apart from this, now people are also able to buy it through Airtel Payment Bank, Paytm, and other digital platforms. Please tell that now a separate tab has been made available for buying Fastag on Paytm and Airtel Payment Bank. Just click on that tab and enter the registration number of your vehicle and also upload the image of both sides of the registration certificate (RC). After that, you can also buy FASTag online by making the necessary payments.
Not only this, in addition to online now you can buy Fastag offline too. For this, you can purchase Fastag for your vehicle from a total of 23 banks including Syndicate Bank, Axis Bank, IDFC Bank, HDFC Bank, SBI, ICICI Bank, and Equitas.
