Reports say that this has been confirmed by the authorities. 68-year-old Sinha breathed his last in the capital Delhi. They were hit by this epidemic on Thursday. He was an IPS officer of the 1974 Bihar cadre. He held many important positions during his tenure.

Former CBI director Sinha has said goodbye to the world at the age of 68. He died in Delhi on Thursday after being infected with the Corona virus. Sinha assumed the post of CBI chief in the year 2012. Prior to this he had been the Director General of the Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force. According to media reports, he held large positions of Bureau of Investigation in Patna and Delhi.
