New Delhi: For the last few days, earthquake tremors are being felt in North India, especially in the capital Delhi. Meanwhile, sharp tremors have been felt in Mizoram now. Their magnitude is said to be 5.5 on the Richter Scale and this earthquake came 27 km southwest of Champai. According to the information given by the National Center for Seismology, it came at 4.10 am and its intensity was such that there were cracks in the roads and buildings were also damaged.

Today, after the sudden earthquake on Monday morning, 22 June, people started running out of their homes. The official of the state’s geology and mineral resources department said that no casualty has been reported due to this earthquake so far. Quoting a statement from the National Center of Seismology, he said that the earthquake occurred at 4.10 am and its center was located 27 km from Champai on the Indo-Myanmar border.

The reason for this is the damage to the church and some houses in the risk zone of Champai, whereas cracks have occurred on the highway. As of now, the loss has not been assessed. Let me tell you that the tremors of earthquake coming in North India and Northeast for the last few days have put people in panic. It is feared that it is not a sign of any major earthquake.
