What is the preparation for the demolition of the twin tower?
Let us tell you that for the last several months, preparations are going on for the demolition of the Twin Towers. This preparation is being done after the strict stand of the Supreme Court. The construction work of these two towers started in the year 2009. It was made keeping the rules in mind. In the year 2009 itself, the people living in the society had lodged their objections with the builder and the authority regarding the tower. The matter reached the Allahabad High Court in 2012. After hearing the case for almost one and a half years, on 11 April 2014, the High Court ordered its demolition.

After the Allahabad High Court’s decision, the builder reached the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court ruled in favor of the buyers on 31 August 2021. The Supreme Court had ordered the demolition of the Twin Towers within three months on August 31 last year, but it continued to drag ahead due to some laws. Despite the Supreme Court giving three deadlines, the demolition of the tower was stopped for one reason or the other.
