New Delhi: Delhi Police’s Special Cell on Sunday arrested JNU alumnus Age Khalid as the main plotter in Delhi Riots. Police have arrested Khalid under the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act Act.

Name in every charge sheet of riot
The age of Khalid is in every charge-sheet prepared by the police on the Delhi riots. Before the arrival of Trump, the Delhi Police has called and arrested him in his speech and call records of conversations with the accused in Delhi, meetings with the accused and statements of the accused. Now the special cell will present the charge sheet in the court on 17 September, in which there is complete evidence and information about Khalid.

Arrested after 11 hours of questioning
The special cell questioned Khalid for about 11 hours regarding the Delhi riots. After which he was arrested as the main conspirator.

It is to be known that there were riots in north-east Delhi in February 2020 against the citizenship law. The riots that started on the night of 23 February killed 53 people and injured more than 200 people. The dead included a policeman, an intelligence officer and more than a dozen Hindus.
