Neeraj Bishnoi, who was allegedly one of the main conspirators in the Bulli Bai app case, was arrested by the Delhi Police from Assam. The Mumbai Police had registered an FIR against an unidentified accused after complaints emerged that hundreds of Muslim women’s photographs were morphed and put up for ‘auction’ on the ‘Bulli Bai’ app on open-source software platform ‘GitHub’.
