Dharamshala: Bollywood actor Asif Basra has committed suicide. On Thursday, Basra committed suicide near a cafe on Jogibara Road in McLeodganj in Dharamshala, Kangra district of Himachal Pradesh. Why the actor has committed suicide is not yet known. Kangra SP Vimukta Ranjan (Kangra SP) has confirmed the matter.

As soon as the incident was reported, the police team also reached the spot. The police have taken the body in their possession and started investigating the case. It is being reported that actor Asif Basra has been living in a rented house in McLeodganj for the last 5 years. He was accompanied by a foreign female friend. The police are investigating the case.

How to set a trap
It is reported that Asif Basra lived with a woman from UK in McLeodganj in Live Inn. He went for a walk with his pet dog on Thursday afternoon. After this, he came back home and tied the noose with the rope of the pet dog. Preliminary investigations revealed that he was suffering from depression. Kangra SP Vimukta Ranjan while confirming the case said that the police are investigating the matter. Asif Basra has committed suicide.
