It can be seen in the video that two passengers aboard the Thai Smile Airways plane have an argument with each other, and on seeing it a scuffle starts, slapping starts. The flight crew has to intervene. A passenger aboard the plane recorded the incident on his phone and uploaded it on social media.

He was going to Kolkata with his mother. He wrote that he was worried about his mother, who was sitting near the seat where the clash was taking place. Later, other passengers and the air hostess pacified those involved in the scuffle. The plane reached Kolkata in the early hours of Tuesday. But it could not be ascertained whether the airport authorities in Kolkata were informed about the misbehavior of the passengers involved in the clash after landing.
