New Delhi: Apple has launched online Apple to meet the demand of online users. The online store provides a unique experience for users by providing services like product customization, packaging, counseling sessions. Apple has showcased all its products in stores including the recently announced iPads and Apple Watch Series 6 and Watch SE. Pricing is the same for all products. All financing and EMI options are also available with a trade-in program within the online store.

Apple confirmed that cash on delivery is not yet available due to the Covid-19 epidemic. Presumably, the mode of payment will become available as soon as things return to normal. The company also claims that all orders will be placed in a contactless manner.

For logistics, Apple has partnered with Blue Dart. After purchasing an Apple product, the company gives you free delivery within 24 to 72 hours. However, delivery also depends on the location. Apple will initially cover 13,000 PIN codes across the country and in the coming days the list will include more codes. Covid-19 epidemics may affect delivery due to local lockdown regulations.

With the online store, Apple wants to provide customers with a unique customer experience. Experts will understand the requirements of the customers and then help or guide them in selecting the right product to meet their needs. Not only this, the online store experts will also guide the customers to install the product and make it run smoothly.
