New Delhi: Every year thousands of students apply for admission to foreign institutions for college education. However, for the last two years, due to coronavirus infection, studies were being completed everywhere only through online medium. Cases of Kovid 19 infection have started increasing once again in China (China Covid Cases). Meanwhile, the UGC has issued an important notice for the students who want to study in China.

Due to the increase in the cases of Covid 19 infection in China, the lockdown has been imposed again in many cities (China Covid Cases). Most countries had started removing Covid restrictions from here, due to which students started applying to foreign institutions (Abroad Education). If you are also planning such a scheme, then you must know this important UGC notice.

The admission process started in Chinese institutes
Some institutes of China have issued notice for admission here. Meanwhile, UGC has also issued a notice for Indian students wishing to study from China. According to this, the Chinese government has imposed strict travel restrictions in view of Kovid 19 and has suspended all visas from November 2020. A large number of Indian students have not been able to return to China to continue their studies due to these restrictions (China Education).

UGC will not recognize them
For your information, let us tell you that UGC and the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) do not recognize any degree course done online only without prior permission. If you are doing the online course from any foreign institute then it will not be recognized in India.
