In such people, medical records of heart disease, heart attack, stroke, heart failure were kept for 5 years and compared.

Research results show that patients who started sleeping between 10 and 11 pm every night had the lowest incidence of heart disease. At the same time, in those who sleep after midnight, this risk is up to 25 percent higher.
