People are getting nervous and getting admitted to hospitals
AIIMS director Randeep Guleria said, “Whatever comes corona positive, it panic that I do not need oxygen and hospitalization later so I get admitted now. This causes a lot of congestion outside the hospitals and the real patients do not get treatment. ”
He said, “Due to this panic, people start to store medicines at home and this is causing a needless shortage of essential medicines in the market. Many people think that if there is a corona, then I start all the medicines on the first day, more side effects are there. ”
Nothing is possible without people’s support
Dr. Guleria said, “If everyone does not do home isolation and wants to be hospitalized due to panic, then there is no infrastructure in the world that will be able to manage all these people.”
The AIIMS director said, “We have to reduce the number of cases and make better use of the hospital’s resources. Judicious use of oxygen is very important. Right now, there is an unnecessary panic. “
Getting oxygen tankers from abroad on purchase or hire basis

He said, “India is sourcing oxygen tankers from abroad on the basis of purchase or rent. Transport of oxygen tankers is a major challenge. Using real-time tracking, we are monitoring the movement of oxygen tankers. ”
The vaccination campaign will be extended

This is not a reason to postpone vaccination. “
Wear masks even at home
