New Delhi: The BCCI has also entered the fray to fix Team India’s star player Rishabh Pant as soon as possible. At the same time, Rishabh Pant, who was a victim of a horrific road accident in Roorkee on the morning of last Friday, December 30, is undergoing treatment in Dehradun under the supervision of experts.

However, by God’s blessings and good luck, Pant has not suffered major injuries and there is no threat to his life or career. But still, the BCCI has now completely taken over the command of his treatment and he will soon be shifted to Mumbai as well, from where he can be sent abroad if needed.

Here DDCA director Shyam Sharma told that “A team of Delhi and District Cricket Association (DDCA) is going to Max Hospital Dehradun to monitor his health, if necessary we will shift him to Delhi and Chances are high, we will take her to Delhi for plastic surgery.

At present, most of Pant’s injuries are being treated at Max Hospital in Dehradun. Where plastic surgery has been done for the wounds on his face and back, while an MRI of the brain and spine has also been done, which has been absolutely normal. However, the worry for Pant now is his knee ligament which has been torn and this injury could prove to be the biggest obstacle in his early return to the field. This is the reason that BCCI is now handling the control itself.

Also, since Pant’s accident, the BCCI doctors are in direct contact with the doctors of Max Hospital in Dehradun and are closely monitoring his treatment. Also, now the BCCI has made it clear to the hospital in Dehradun that only the BCCI doctors will take full responsibility for the treatment of the ligament.
