According to the bank’s official website, the following services will be affected:

  • Credit Card Transactions: Will be unavailable on December 14 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM.
  • Net Banking and Mobile Banking: Services like RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, UPI, and fund transfers will be inaccessible from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM on December 14.
  • Demat Transactions: Scheduled to remain offline from 5:00 AM to 7:00 AM on December 14.
  • Offer Tab on Net Banking: Unavailable from 10:00 PM on December 14 to 12:00 noon on December 15.
  • Mutual Fund Transactions: Inaccessible between 1:00 AM and 5:00 AM on December 15.

ICICI Bank Services to Be Affected Too

ICICI Bank has also informed its customers of scheduled maintenance during the same period. RTGS services will be temporarily unavailable from 11:55 PM on December 14 to 6:00 AM on December 15.
