
New Delhi: The impasse between the farmers and the government on the agricultural bill is breaking. The farmers have agreed to talk to the government again. Under which a meeting will be held at 11 am on Tuesday, 29 December 2020. Former AAP leader and Swaraj India chief Yogendra Yadav announced this at a press conference held on the Singhu border on Saturday.
Yadav said, “We are proposing to negotiate with all organizations on behalf of the United Kisan Morcha that the next meeting between the representatives of the farmers and the Government of India be held at 11 am on December 29, 2020.”

It may be known that before this, five rounds of negotiations have been held between the farmers organization and the government. In which no decision came out. Even after this, the government was engaged in talking to the farmers. For which the Ministry of Agriculture had written two letters to the farmers, urging them to fix the time and day for the meeting.

The leader of Swaraj India said, “Let the agenda of the meeting be this and in this order – the procedure to be adopted to repeal the three agricultural laws, the legal guarantee for the procurement of profitable MSP for all farmers and agricultural commodities as suggested by the Swaminathan Commission Giving procedure and provision. “
He said, “Such amendments to the Commission Ordinance 2020 for air quality management in the National Capital and surrounding areas which are necessary to exclude farmers from the penal provisions of the Ordinance, draft of the Electricity Amendment Bill 2020 to protect the interests of farmers. There are important changes. “
Farmer sat on the road for 31 days
Farmers have been sitting on the Singhu and Tikri borders of Delhi-Haryana for the last 31 days. The government is making every effort to convince and persuade the farmers. The government is ready to make 13 amendments to the law, while the farmers are adamant on their demand to withdraw the three laws.
