New Delhi: After the decision on the transfer posting of officers, the Delhi government has once again reached the Supreme Court. The issue of the transfer of the Secretary of the Services Department has been raised before the Supreme Court.
The Delhi Government said before the CJI that the Center is not transferring the Secretary of the Services Department of the Delhi Government. At the same time, the Supreme Court has agreed to hear this matter. The CJI has told the Delhi government that he will constitute the bench next week.
