Ujjain: The pictures coming from the city of Mahakal Ujjain will shock your heart and mind. The situation here is becoming frightening due to corona infection. Death is really frightening here now. Dogs are eating half-dead corpses and waiting is going on in all the three cremation ghats of the city.

In Ujjain, families are no longer waiting for the cremation of dead bodies. Whosoever found the place, the dead body is burning. The process of the arrival of dead bodies in Triveni Moksha Dham did not stop. There are so many bodies coming that they are being cremated till late in the night. Dogs are eating half-dead corpses on Triveni itself. There is a similar view on the city’s Chakra Tirtha Shamshan Ghat. There is no space left to burn the funeral pyre on the crematorium, so now people are forced to burn the corpse near the bench placed to sit near the two-wheeler stand.

Cremation ghat figures 8 times more than government figures
The death toll due to corona in Ujjain is constantly increasing. If we talk about the government statistics about daily deaths, then from 1 April to 22 April, 24 deaths have taken place from Corona. But, according to the pyre burning in the crematorium, this figure is about 8 times more. Even after being suspected or infected, they were cremated as negative.

In Ujjain, families are dying in many homes. Corporation workers working in Triveni Moksha Dham told that 8 to 10 dead bodies are coming every day. But, the residents of Moti Nagar say that 15 to 20 times a day, the vehicles are bringing the dead body. Due to this, the situation here is frightening.
