Mumbai: The government is going to take strict action against India’s Most Wanted Underworld Don Dawood Ibrahim. About 7 prime properties of Dawood in Maharashtra are going to be auctioned tomorrow. These properties of Dawood are being auctioned on November 10 under SAFEMA and bidding started from November 2. This auction will be done digitally due to Corona and bids will be by video conferencing. Dawood’s auctioned property also includes a Puran house built on 30 bighas of land in Lote village of Khed. Earlier, several properties of Dawood in South Mumbai have been auctioned.
These properties of David will be auctioned tomorrow
- 27 guntha land-reserve price Rs. 2,05,800
- 29.30 guntha land-reserve price Rs.2,23,300
- 24.90 guntha land-reserve price Rs. 1,89,800
- 20 gunthas of land – reserve price Rs. 1,52,500
- 18 guntha land-reserve price Rs. 1,38,000
- House with 30 gunthas of land – Reserve price Rs. 6,14,8100
This will be the largest auction of Dawood’s property ever
Agencies have already auctioned off many of Dawood’s properties before, but this auction is said to be the auction of Dawood’s biggest property so far. Of the 7 properties being auctioned, 6 are located in Mumbake, Ratnagiri district, Dawood’s village. Earlier, SAFEMA had auctioned a flat belonging to Dawood at Nagpada in Mumbai, which was said to belong to Dawood’s sister, the late Hasina Parkar.

Most of David’s properties are being auctioned off. As per the procedure regarding the property auction, the agency had started accepting ‘opening bids’ from November 2.
