Allahabad: While hearing the bail application of a cow slaughter accused, the Allahabad High Court made a big remark. The High Court said that the cow is an integral part of India’s culture and should be declared as the national animal. Along with this, the court said that the central government should take steps and bring a bill in Parliament to give fundamental rights to the cow and declare it as a national animal.
High Court Judge Shekhar Kumar Yadav rejected the bail saying this during the hearing on the bail application of accused Javed under the Cow Slaughter Act. He said that strict laws should be made to punish those who talk about harming the cow.

Cow culture of India
The court said that the work of cow protection is not only of one religion or sect. The cow is the culture of India and it is the duty of every citizen of the country to save it. Religion does not come in any way in this. The cow should be protected by a person of every religion. The court said with this that it is necessary to punish the person who harms or kills the cow. Doing such work hurts the sentiments of not only a particular section but of the whole country.

During this, the court said that the cow has great importance in our country. In such a situation, when there is the welfare of the cow, then only the welfare of the country will be there. The cow should not be associated with any particular religion. It should be seen as the culture of the country and everyone should protect it. The central government should make a law in this regard and it should be seen that it is strictly followed.

Responding to the Allahabad High Court’s comment on the cow, Uttar Pradesh’s Minority Welfare Minister Mohsin Raza said, “We welcome the suggestion given by the High Court regarding Gau Mata. Prime Minister Modi and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath are determined to protect and protect Gau Mata. Gau Mata is our cultural heritage and also has religious faith. By implementing this suggestion, cow protection, cow protection, and Indian culture and religious faith towards cows will expand all over the world.

Congress spokesperson Surendra Rajput said, “The Bharatiya Janata Party should consider what the High Court has said. The killing of cow mothers should be stopped not only in UP but across the country. There is a ban in UP, it is not in Goa and Assam. Not in the northeastern state. Therefore, the Bharatiya Janata Party should bring a constitutional law on what the Honorable High Court has said that cow mothers should be declared as the national animal.
