There are 1,47,048 active cases of corona in the state.
275 corona-infected patients have also died in one day in Maharashtra. With this, a total of 17,367 patients have died in the state so far. The health rate in the state is 67.26% and the death rate is 3.45%. Today 114 new cases of infection have been reported in the Nanded district of the state. While the number of corona infections has increased to 3156. In the district today, after the report of 92 patients coming negative, they have been given leave from the hospital. So far, a total of 1415 patients have become healthy in the district.
Due to the focused and effective efforts being taken by the Central, State Governments and Union Territories for prevention, investigation, isolation and treatment of Covid-19, the rate of recovery from this epidemic has further improved to 68.32 percent while the death rate It has fallen to 2.04 percent. The Health Ministry gave this information on Saturday. The ministry said that the number of infections per 10 lakh population in India is 1,496 as against the global average of 2,425.
According to the ministry, as a result of the quick catching up of cases with the improvement of effective monitoring and investigation network, people could get timely treatment in serious and complex cases. The ministry said that the coordinated implementation of the ‘investigation, monitoring and treatment’ strategy adopted by the Center, states and union territories could ensure that the mortality rate remains low compared to the global scenario. The ministry said, ‘It is continuously falling and as on date is 2.04 percent. Due to targeted efforts to reduce the death rate due to Kovid-19, India has brought down the death toll to 30 per 1 lakh population while the global average is 91 deaths per 1 lakh population.
The rate of those recovering from Kovid-19 has also increased sharply. With the recovery of 48,900 patients in the last 24 hours, the total number of patients who have been cured of Kovid-19 in India has increased to 14,27,005. The ministry said, “The rate of recovery is steadily increasing and currently it is 68.32 percent.” According to the Health Ministry, 6,19,088 patients are being treated in the country, which is 29.64 percent of the total infected cases as on date. These patients are either under the supervision of doctors in hospitals or are isolated at home.
