Bihar government extended lockdown till September 6, issued guidelines

Patna: In view of the increasing cases of corona in Bihar, the Nitish Kumar government has increased the lockdown in the state on September 6. On Monday, the notification was issued after the meeting of the State Government’s Crisis Group of Management. While giving the information, Additional Chief Secretary of Home Department Aamir Shamtani said, “The lockdown has been extended till September 6 in view of the increasing risk of Coronavirus in the state.”

Aamir Shantani said, “The Home Department has issued instructions for the lockdown. Accordingly, the lockdown will be strictly implemented in the maintenance zone. With this, the facilities provided in the purity will continue. ”

This is the rule

  • By September 6, shops and markets will be opened in the state with some conditions.
  • The market will open from 6 am to 6 pm.
  • As before, this time also will not open in lockdown from shopping mall to religion site.
  • Only home delivery will be available in restaurants.
  • In all the districts, only 50 percent of the employees in the private office will come.
  • Buses will not run in the state, although offices with essential services have been kept free from this.
  • Religious places, school-colleges, coaching institutes will remain closed.
  • Number of infected in the state crosses one lakh
  • Corona virus cases are growing very fast in Bihar. According to the data released on Monday, the number of infected cases in the state has gone up to 1,04,093. In which 72,566 people have recovered and gone back home. At the same time 537 people have died. There are currently 30,989 active cases in the state. So far, 16.8 lakh corona tests have been conducted in Bihar.
