Only those who have passed the tenth or twelfth examination from Madhya Pradesh will be eligible for service in the state. Earlier in the year 2009 too, Shivraj had announced that only the original residents of the state would get the benefit of government jobs in Madhya Pradesh. This announcement could not be implemented. Actually the case started in 1998 with the tenure of Digvijay Singh government.
He had implemented the policy of those who have passed 10th and 12th from the state or who have completed five years of continuous education in the state to be eligible for government jobs. This decision was quashed by the High Court. The case also reached the Supreme Court and the Court considered it against the right to equality.
On the other hand, in Hoshangabad, Digvijay Singh said that we have been demanding for 15 years that the youth of the state be given a chance in government jobs, but the Shivraj government changed the rules, rejecting our demands, which led to the recruitment of youth from other states. Got a chance to happen. I do not trust Shivraj’s announcement. The government should issue gazette notifications for this.
It was also decided in the meeting with the ministers that now the Chief Minister and the Minister will be involved in the foundation stone and inauguration programs keeping in mind the measures to prevent infection. The Chief Minister told the Ministers and officials that maximum efforts will have to be made for a prosperous Madhya Pradesh. Better results can be achieved by playing an active role in departments.
He asked the ministers to prepare a roadmap for the road map for self-sufficient Madhya Pradesh by 25 August. The program of food distribution campaign should be done by the ministers from September 1. In this, food grains will be provided from fair price ration shops to all the 36 lakh 86 thousand persons who are not getting ration even after being eligible. For this, the process of removing the names of ineligible in the state from the eligibility list is going on, which has been instructed to complete by August 31.

The Chief Minister said in the meeting that strict measures should be taken against habitual criminals, drugs, criminals involved in chit fund and other mafia. Action should also be taken on staff welfare, financial management, Beti Bachao Abhiyan and provision of 50-bed hospital in the capital for police personnel.
