Mumbai: According to big news, an FIR has been registered against five other executives of the company including Google CEO Sundar Pichai. On the directions of the court, an FIR has been registered against him under the section of the Copyright Act.

According to reports, film director Sunil Darshan said in his complaint that Google had allowed unauthorized persons to upload his film ‘Ek Hasina Thi Ek Deewana Tha’ on YouTube. It is noteworthy that Sundar Pichai has been honored with Padma Bhushan a day earlier.

According to the information, director Sunil Darshan has alleged that without his knowledge, this film was uploaded on YouTube. Filmmaker Sunil Darshan had moved the court in the copyright case of the same film. Where the court ordered registration of FIR against Google CEO Sundar Pichai and five others. At the same time, MIDC Police has started the investigation by registering a case in Andheri East. Let us inform you that, the police have registered an FIR under Sections 51, 63, and 69 of the Copyright Act 1957.

According to a media report, Sunil Darshan said that I have not uploaded my film anywhere to date nor have I sold it to anyone. But it is uploaded on YouTube which has millions of views. I kept requesting Google to remove it from their platform. But there was no response from their side. Somebody is making money by wrongly uploading my film on YouTube. Due to this, in the end, I had to knock on the door of the court. The court has now ordered an FIR. I don’t want to challenge technology but it is a misuse of technology.”
