On the day of ‘Guru Purnima’, get up in the morning, after taking bath, etc., first of all, offer Arghya to the Sun. Chant ‘Surya Mantra’.
Then meditate on your Guru. Do worship Lord Vishnu on this day. Do not forget to chant his Achyuta Anant Govinda name 108 times.
Make a panjiri of flour and enjoy it. It is said that by doing this the health of the family remains good.
