The order came during an emergency hearing on Sunday morning, with TickTalk’s lawyers arguing that a ban from app stores would violate constitutional rights and cause irreparable damage to businesses.

US President Trump banned Tiktok owned by ByteDance in China on the issue of national security. Trump alleges that China gets access to the private data of US citizens through this app. TicketTalk has over 100 million users in the United States.
