New Delhi: After the execution of the four convicts in the Nirbhaya Gang Rape case, preparations have started to once again hang in the country. This time the person to be hanged is a woman. Shabnam is the name of this woman convicted of murder. After Shabnam, the list of people who are to be hanged is also quite long. It also includes the names of 3 women. Their mercy petitions have been rejected.
In the list of 3 women and 31 men, one name is also Surendra Koli, convicted of Nithari scandal. In 2014, the President rejected Koli’s mercy petition. All the preparations to hang Koli in Meerut jail were completed, but Koli’s execution was stopped at the last moment and he escaped hanging.
Kasab, Afzal and Memon were hanged before Nirbhaya’s convicts
If we talk about the last three executions, then they include the names of terrorists Ajmal Kasab, Afzal Guru and Yakub Memon. All three were hanged in the years 2012, 2013 and 2015. When Afzal and Kasab were involved in the Parliament attack, Memon was involved in the Mumbai blasts. After this, the culprits of the Nirbhaya incident were crucified.

Sonia hailing from Haryana and Renuka-Seema of Maharashtra. The President of India has also stamped the hanging of these 3 women. Sonia has been convicted of killing her family members. Sonia’s father was an MLA from Hisar. Sonia’s husband Sanjeev is also waiting to be hanged in jail.
Now preparations are on to hang Shabnam
Shabnam, a resident of Bamankhedi (Amroh), along with her lover Salim, killed 7 people of her family. Shabnam also has a son Taj and Salim is waiting in prison to be hanged. However, the death warrant for Shabnam’s execution has not been signed yet. No official information has been reached to the hanging executioner yet.
